1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, major releases), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package weight
    • Destination
    • Selected carrier/service
  • We primarily ship via:
    • USPS Media Mail (budget option for books)
    • USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail
  • We may use other carriers when appropriate.

3. Free Shipping (If Offered)

  • Free shipping promotions (if active) apply only to:
    • Eligible items
    • Orders within the continental United States
  • We reserve the right to select the shipping method for free shipping orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Media Mail: ~5–10 business days
  • Ground Advantage: ~2–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: ~2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Preorders

  • Preorders ship on or around their release date.
  • Release dates are set by publishers and may change.
  • Orders containing preorder items may:
    • Ship together when all items are available, or
    • Be split into multiple shipments at our discretion.

6. Packaging Standards

  • All orders are shipped in boxes (not envelopes) with protective padding.
  • Omnibuses, hardcovers, and higher-value items receive extra protection.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
    • Buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
    • Carrier delays
  • If a package appears lost in transit:
    • Contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim.

9. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged:
    • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
    • Provide photos of:
      • The packaging
      • The damaged item
  • If approved, we will:
    • Offer a replacement or refund
    • Cover return shipping if required

10. International Shipping (If Offered)

  • International customers are responsible for:
    • Customs fees
    • Duties and taxes
  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing.

11. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may be restricted based on:
    • Size
    • Weight
    • Destination
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped safely or cost-effectively.
