Refund policy
Returns (In-Stock Items)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unread, unused, and in original condition (no dents, spine ticks, or additional shelf wear).
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be shipped with a trackable method.
Important:
- Items returned in worse condition or with insufficient packaging may receive a partial refund or be denied.
Return Shipping
- Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Comics must be returned in secure packaging (box + padding) to prevent damage.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
- Report within 5 days of delivery with photos.
- If confirmed:
- We cover return shipping
- Provide replacement or full refund
Preorders (STRICT POLICY)
Preorders are treated differently due to distributor commitments.
Cancellation Rules
- Preorders must be canceled at least 72 hours before shipment.
- Cancellation requests after this window may be denied.
Refund Structure
- Approved preorder cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee.
- Remaining 75% will be refunded to the original payment method.
This follows industry norms where:
- Many comic retailers do not allow cancellations at all, and if they do, charge ~25% fees
Once Shipped
- Preorders follow the standard return policy (buyer pays return shipping).
Discounted / Clearance Items
- All discounted, sale, or clearance items are FINAL SALE
- No returns or refunds
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be denied if:
- Item is used or read
- Item is damaged after delivery
- Original packaging is missing
- Item is from clearance/sale
Policy Abuse
- Excessive returns or abuse of the system may result in:
- Return restrictions
- Order cancellations
- Account blocking
