What can be returned

• Items must be in their original, unread condition with any packaging, polybags, or seals intact.
• If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
• The following are final sale and cannot be returned: graded/slabbed comics, signed items, gift cards, and clearance items.

How to start a return or exchange

• Email us at rivercitycomicsstore@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) involved.
• We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the replacement is in stock.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked, well-protected method for comics.
