Presales (pre-orders) let you reserve upcoming comics, graphic novels, variants, and collectibles before they arrive in store. Because publishers and distributors require us to commit to these items in advance, the terms below apply to all presale orders.

How presales work

• Presale orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed, which secures your copy.
• Street/release dates are set by publishers and distributors and may change without notice.
• Print runs and allocations are not guaranteed. If an item is cancelled by the publisher or we are unable to fulfill an allocation, you will receive a full refund for that item.
• Items are reserved as soon as they arrive in store. Orders with multiple titles ship once every item is in stock unless you ask us to ship in-stock items first.

Cancellations & changes

• Presale orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item's release date.
• Once an item has been released and pulled for your order, standard Returns & Exchanges terms apply.
